Damage to Barge and Salvage

Dec. 14 2001, barge drift on Carlos Island outside Silva Bay on the south side of Gabriola Island, British Columbia after its tug lost control following a mechanical failure. Winds reached peak gust close to 100mph. Picture one was taken on the morning of Dec. 14., pictures 2 to 9 were taken on Dec. 17 and pictures 10 to 18 were taken on Dec. 19 during the start of salvage operation.
