Fri., Mar. 7 -  World Day of Prayer. 1 pm at the Gabriola United Church. Hosts St. Martin of Tours Anglican Church. All are Welcome. The World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenical movement which brings Christians of many traditions together to observe a common day of prayer each year. The service this year has been written by the women of Egypt.  The theme is Streams in the Desert.  This service was prepared for use by the Women’s Inter-Church Council of Canada.
