Regular meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday nights each month from September through June, Gabriola Garden Homes, Eric Kenny Pavillion, 500 Argyle Lane , Gabriola Island , B.C. Special guest speakers and new members welcomed.

Who We Are
We are men and women, who have dedicated ourselves to helping others in need and by so doing, give something back to our community. One of the world's largest and most active service club organization, was started by a Chicago insurance man, Melvin Jones in 1917. Today, Lions International are 1.3 million men and women in 202 countries and geographic areas. We conduct vision and health screenings, build parks, support eye hospitals, award scholarships, assist youth, provide help in time of disaster and much more.

Lions Gabriola was chartered in 1975, our Life Member and Lion Eric Boulton is the charter president. The club celebrated its 25th Anniversary with a gala dinner in 2000. Our sponsor was Nanaimo Lions Club.
Because you've expressed a wish to belong, and thus serve your community, you will be a valued team member. Fellowship and fun are important. Be our guest whatever your age or walk in life. Your sponsor will invite you to attend special committee work and ensure you are properly introduced to the other members. Become involved with the Lions and take on more responsibility when you are comfortable.
